These Terms of Use apply to purchases made on and your use of our website. Vertical Unit is a registered trademark of KW Enterprises GmbH, a Swiss company with registration number CHE-394.242.670 (called “Vertical Unit”).


Once we receive your order, we will send you an electronic invoice to your email address confirming your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email to make it easier to contact customer service in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.


You can pay with credit or debit cards as well as PayPal. Vertical Unit does not store credit card numbers. Pay securely over the internet with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard. There is no surcharge for card payments, if payment is not received after your order has been submitted, Vertical Unit may automatically cancel your order. All products remain the property of Vertical Unit until paid for in full.


Promo codes should be entered during checkout to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.


All prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT in accordance with current legislation. If an order is shipped to a delivery address outside of Switzerland or Lichtenstein, please note that VAT will be removed at checkout or sooner, depending on which country the product is being delivered to. Please note that in the event of an order being shipped to a delivery address outside of Switzerland or Lichtenstein, import duties and taxes may apply, which will be collected upon arrival of the shipment at your delivery address. You are responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Vertical Unit has no control over these fees and since these fees vary by country, Vertical Unit cannot predict their amount. Vertical Unit recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.


Vertical Unit reserves the right to change prices, correct incorrect pricing on all orders and final sale. If a price is incorrect, this may result in Vertical Unit canceling the purchase and refunding the amount paid in the best possible way. Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days of receiving the order. The right applies only in the event that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the condition in which it was received. If consumers exercise their right to return an order, they should contact Vertical Unit to obtain an address to ship the goods. Return shipping will not be paid by Vertical Unit. If you live in a geographic area where the post office does not offer returns, the customer may be required to pay for the return shipping. If an item is damaged in transit, Vertical Unit should be contacted within 30 days for compensation information.


When you purchase from Vertical Unit, we store some of your information to complete your purchase. Vertical Unit treats all personal information confidentially. You have the right to request access to your data and if something is wrong, you can have it changed or removed. Vertical Unit may also use cookies, for example to improve the use of the website.


Vertical Unit has the right to adjust prices, incur additional charges and change product information such as product images and offers without notice. The available product images and information text reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right to make errors that may appear on the site and cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. Images may vary depending on your computer's color settings.


Vertical Unit ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in collaboration with Swiss Post and its partners. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Vertical Unit customer service or using the contact form on the Vertical Unit website within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are including their packaging be in the same condition as when you received the goods. However, the customer bears the risk of transporting the returned goods to the vertical unit. In cases where you as a customer feel that the delivery is delayed to such an extent that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer is obliged to accept the order. The revocation is only valid once the customer has confirmed this to Vertical Unit in writing or by email. If a product has been discontinued, Vertical Unit has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the amount paid to the customer. Vertical Unit will inform the customer of a replacement or equivalent product if available.


It is important that you as a customer check your goods/products carefully upon receipt of your shipment to ensure that the products are not damaged and are correct. If your product is damaged in transit, regardless of whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. If you receive your item and find that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you must also contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

All complaints will be directed to our customer service team via our contact form on the contact page. Please provide the order number and the reason for the complaint and we will contact you shortly. The same applies to returns. For all types of returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. Vertical Unit has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same type. If the item is discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the event that a returned product has no errors or defects, Vertical Unit will return the product to the customer.


All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, in the Website and in the material published on it are owned by Vertical Unit, its affiliates or licensors. Any use of the Site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Vertical Unit. The website may contain user-generated content from, for example, social media applications. Vertical Unit claims no rights to such content (images, photos and videos, etc.) and assumes no legal responsibility for it. If you suspect that there is a copyright or other right violation or that such content is otherwise violating, please contact our customer service team.


These conditions and the use of the website are subject to Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, Swiss courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms of Use and your use of the Website, subject to Vertical Unit's right to prosecute a user at his or her place of residence.


Vertical Unit may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Each time you order a product from us, the contract between you and Vertical Unit will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force at that time. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.


KW Enterprises guarantees that the lenses of Vertical Unit ski goggles will not break under any circumstances. A break is defined by a complete crack or break of the glass into two or more separate pieces. In the event of a warranty claim, the defective glass must be made available to KW Enterprises for examination. Intentional destruction of the glass is not covered. If the warranty claim is deemed justified, KW Enterprises will provide the customer with replacement lenses or new glasses. This warranty covers breakage of the glass only, and expressly excludes scratches or breakage of other parts (except for manufacturing defects). This guarantee is only valid for the first customer and only upon presentation of the original invoice.
