Lens warranty: If a lens breaks into two or more pieces during use, we replace it free of charge. A photo is enough – you don’t need to send us the broken lens. The warranty applies to the first purchaser, on presentation of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Helmet Fit guarantee: If the Blaze doesn’t fit your helmet, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. This applies to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery to Germany, Austria and France. Shipping EUR 20, free from an order value of EUR 100. We ship within 2 working days; delivery then usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery is duties and taxes paid (DDP) — you pay no further customs duties or import charges.

Right of withdrawal (statutory, 14 days)

Your statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take possession of the goods.

To withdraw, an unambiguous statement to info@vertical-unit.com — is enough — for example: “I withdraw from the contract for the Blaze 2.0, order number …”. We confirm receipt without delay and send you the return address in our reply.

You bear the cost of returning the goods. The direct cost of returning the goods after a withdrawal is yours. We will suggest an inexpensive shipping option in our reply.

Refund: We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

In addition: 30-day voluntary return. Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we take the Blaze 2.0 back within 30 days of receipt. This commitment is voluntary and does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
