Shipping
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Shipping costs CHF 10. Orders of CHF 100 or more ship free of charge.
- We ship within two working days with Swiss Post.
- Delivery then usually takes 1–2 working days.
European Union
- Shipping costs EUR 20. Orders of EUR 100 or more ship free of charge.
- We deliver duties and taxes paid (DDP) – no further fees or import charges are due on delivery.
- Delivery takes 4–6 working days.
Other countries
Shipping costs CHF 20. Any customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility. This applies, among others, to the United Kingdom, Norway and all other countries outside the EU.
Delivery before Christmas
For your order to arrive before Christmas, we must receive it by Monday, 22 December 2026. For deliveries to the EU, please allow at least 7 days.
Returns and withdrawal
1. Switzerland and Liechtenstein – voluntary right of return
For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online orders – this right of return is a voluntary service from Vertical Unit.
Returning the goods is free of charge for you. Notify us of the return by email at info@vertical-unit.com; we will send you a prepared return label.
The goods must be complete – including both lenses, the case and the packaging – and must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their nature and functioning.
We refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return, using the payment method originally used.
2. European Union – statutory right of withdrawal
For consumers with a delivery address in a member state of the European Union, the following statutory right of withdrawal applies.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us – KW Enterprises GmbH, Mugerenstrasse 72, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, email info@vertical-unit.com – of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the withdrawal function on our website or the model withdrawal form below, but neither is obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. As the goods are returned from the European Union to Switzerland, this cost is estimated at EUR 15 per parcel. On request, we will provide you with a prepared return label together with the necessary customs documents; if you use it, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund. You are free to arrange the return at your own expense with a carrier of your choice.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was delivered, contact us at info@vertical-unit.com. In this case we cover all costs and replace the item or refund the full amount. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
4. Warranty
We grant a lifetime warranty against breakage on the lenses of our ski goggles. You can find the full terms on our Warranty page.
