We will ship your order within two business days. The delivery time within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is usually 2 working days. Deliveries to the European Union take between 4 and 6 working days. If your package is taking longer, please contact our support at info@vertical-unit.com Orders placed before Christmas for delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein should be placed before December 22nd to be delivered on time. For EU Christmas orders, please allow at least 7 days.

We ship our products fully taxed and duty paid within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union. This means you will not have to pay any import taxes. For all other countries, the VAT will be deducted at checkout, however taxes and duties may apply depending on the country. These are usually billed to you directly by the relevant authorities.

You can easily order replacement lenses for your Vertical Unit goggles on our website. We will continue to support all models and provide replacement lenses. If your lens is not available, please send an email to info@vertical-unit.com and we will do our best to help you, even with older models of goggles.

We can ship to any address, pack station or PO box, please be sure to provide the correct delivery address on checkout.

All shipments can be tracked, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any issues with tracking, please email us at info@vertical-unit.com and we will be happy to help.
